Amador County

We took our first (but not last) trip to a fun little spot in Gold Country, Amador County, California. We found a number of good Zin wineries and tiny old gold mining towns with great B&Bs

Carmel Valley and 17-mile drive

In mid-October we went to Carmel, California for a crush party at Joullian Winery with Orrin and Alicia. The next day we drove the famed 17-Mile Drive and saw the Lone Cypress, Pebble Beach and a number of sea lions along the dramatic coast.

Dallas Sports Weekend

We went down to Dallas for Halloween weekend and had a mega-sports weekend courtesy of Michelle and Todd. Friday night Todd, Jeremy and Jeremy Albin went to the Mavericks game, Saturday night Catherine, Jeremy, Michelle and Todd went to game 3 of the World Series and Sunday we finished it off with a Cowboys game.

Portland - Eugene - Oregon Wine Country

We went to Oregon the first week of November. We visited Steph, Andy and Harrison in Portland. Then we met up with Jenny and Rob to watch the mighty Ducks roll over the Huskies. We even managed to squeeze in some Pinot tasting as well.

Nebraska Game

We went back to Nebraska for Thanksgiving to spend the Holiday with Jeremy's family. We also went the Nebraska - Colorado game with Jeremy's family and friends Wes and Jen. That game Nebraska clinched the Big 12 North !
